Antalis, a global supplier of Paper, Packaging, and Visual Communication solutions, has announced its acquisition of The Packaging Company (Midlands) Limited, a UK provider of innovative packaging solutions.
This strategic move reinforces Antalis' commitment to expanding its presence and enhancing service capabilities within the UK packaging market, according to the company. The Packaging Company (Midlands) Limited has annual sales revenues of £3.2m and 24 employees.
